Terms & Conditions

By booking catering services with Waves & Slices, you agree to the following terms:

A deposit may be required to secure your event date. Full payment is due no later than 48 hours before the event unless otherwise agreed.

We accept payments via Venmo, Zelle, cash, or invoice (credit card payments may include a 3.3% processing fee).

Final guest count must be confirmed at least 3 days before the event. This number will be used for final pricing.

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event may be eligible for a refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable

Waves & Slices provides on-site pizza preparation, setup, service, and cleanup.

We typically arrive 1–1.5 hours before service to prepare.

Events outside our standard service area may be subject to a travel fee.

Our setup includes high-temperature equipment. Guests, especially children, should maintain a safe distance during operation.

Waves & Slices is not responsible for any damages or injuries that occur due to unsafe behavior around the equipment.

Any changes to the event must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
